Preparation for Class

Denver Motorcycle TrainingThe classes at T3RG Motorcycle Schools are designed for adults. We try not to waste your time or insult your intelligence by requiring your attendance at an evening session where you sit and read and are read to by each other.

To attend one of our classes you must complete the reading and answer all study questions prior to arrival. This will allow you to engage in richer more meaningful discussions during class time. You can pick up the workbook at many of the front range dealer locations working with t3rg. For a listing, press here.

In addition to your pre class homework, you are responsible to bring the following items to all classes.

  • Long sleeves and long pants. Jackets may be worn, but if warm weather is anticipated, you must still wear long sleeves and long pants.
  • Eyewear - Prescription glasses are fine as are sunglasses.
  • Full finger gloves
  • Sturdy footwear that covers you ankle bone
  • Rain Gear ( We teach in moderate rain conditions; having you learn how to adjust to rain while on the range , rather than have your first experience be on the road)
  • We will provide the motorcycle/scooter and helmet.

Get plenty of rest and stay hydrated. If you are thirsty, you haven't had enough liquids.

You will have a break for lunch each day. Either bring lunch or plan to go to one of the many restaurants or fast food locations nearby.

The training is physically and emotionally demanding. If you are having trouble at any time please let the instructor know. Please make sure you have everything up to date with your insurance provider before you start the course and that you are in good health. We will make your security a priority, but due to the nature of it you take a risk every time you get on a motorcycle. That is part of the appeal perhaps, but no unnecessary risks should be taken-- especially not a training course! If you have any questions concerning the training try to ask them before you sign up so that you are fully aware of what is expected of you.

* Warning: If you are not able to finish your homework or do not bring the proper gear, you will be sent home and forfeit tuition. No refunds!

Have fun and welcome to the T3 Riders Group.
